Ann L. M. Frazier is of counsel at Bayard. Her practice focuses on estate planning and administration. Ann works closely with accountants and financial planners to develop comprehensive and tax-effective estate plans for her clients.

Ann joined Bayard in 2006 after working eight years as Lead Counsel for Hercules Incorporated in its International Business Units and Polypropylene Films Business Unit. At Hercules, Ann negotiated and drafted agreements to establish joint venture companies throughout Asia Pacific. In addition, Ann led numerous acquisitions and divestitures in various countries worldwide and created and implemented tax strategies to reduce tax liability within Hercules Incorporated's international network of affiliates.

Additionally, after law school, Ann served as a law clerk to the Honorable Vincent J. Poppiti in the Superior Court of the State of Delaware.
