Ashley B. Stitzer is a director at Bayard. Ashley focuses her practice on bankruptcy, creditors' rights, commercial litigation, and intellectual property litigation. She has considerable experience representing secured and unsecured creditors, official creditors' committees, trustees and debtors in bankruptcy cases. Ashley joined Bayard in 2000.
Ashley currently serves on both the firm's hiring committee and marketing committee. She also serves as the firm's alternate contact for Meritas®, one of the world's largest organizations of independent business and commercial law firms of which Bayard is the exclusive Delaware member.
