Curtis P. Bounds is a director at Bayard where he is the head of the Family Law Department. Curtis's practice focuses on family law matters and practices in the Delaware Family Court in New Castle, Kent and Sussex Counties. Curtis currently serves as a member of the firm's technology committee. Curtis joined the firm in 1990.

Curtis concentrates his experience in areas of high net worth divorce and high conflict custody cases. He also assists clients with pre-nuptial agreements, support matters, visitation and adoption.

Curtis frequently lectures on family law matters for continuing legal education seminars, adult education classes and public interest groups. He has written or co-written articles on family law for publication in legal periodicals of a local and national scope.

Curtis is a past Chair of the Family Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association. He is also a member of the Wilmington West Rotary Club.
