Eric M. Sutty is an associate at Bayard. Eric concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and commercial litigation. Eric serves as a member of the firm’s technology committee.
While at the University of Baltimore, Eric was the Casenote Editor of the Intellectual Property Law Journal and received the Marc Geraci Student Tax Scholarship Award in recognition of his outstanding performance in tax law.
