Justin K. Edelson is an associate at Bayard. Justin concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and commercial litigation.
During law school, Justin served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Sue L. Robinson of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. Justin also served as a Research Assistant to Professor Micah Yarbrough. He was named as a Widener Scholar and a member of The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. Justin graduated law school with pro bono distinction and currently volunteers with Delaware Volunteer Legal Services.
