Kathryn (Kate) D. Sallie is an associate at Bayard. Kate concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, and commercial litigation. Kate currently serves on the firm’s marketing committee. Kate joined Bayard upon graduation from law school in 2004.
At Pennsylvania State University, Kate was an Articles Editor of the Penn State University International Law Review and published an article in the Summer of 2003. She was also a member of the Woolsack Society and won the Trial Lawyers’ Advocacy Award in 2004.
Kate currently serves as a volunteer guardian ad litem for the Office of the Child Advocate.
