Mary E. (Meg) Augustine is an associate at Bayard. Meg concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and commercial litigation. Meg currently serves on the firm’s hiring committee. Meg joined the firm in 2003.

While attending law school, Meg received the honor of being named a Miller Center for Public Interest Advocate, and received the Cherie T. Millage fellowship for her public interest work. She was a Senior Editor for the Penn State International Law Review in which she was published in the Fall of 2002. Meg was also a recipient of the McMannis Scholarship and was a member of the Women’s Law Caucus.

Meg currently serves as a volunteer guardian ad litem for the Office of the Child Advocate and is an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau.
