Stephen B. Brauerman is an associate at Bayard. Steve concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate governance and commercial litigation in the Court of Chancery and Superior Court. Steve has represented shareholders and directors in fiduciary disputes, corporate and alternative entity control disputes, and contract matters.  Steve is currently a member of the firm’s technology committee.

While in law school, Steve was a judicial intern for the Honorable Gerald Bruce Lee of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Additionally, Steve acquired litigation experience working in both the civil and appellate divisions of the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia. Steve was Editor-in-Chief of American University Law Review (Volume 55).
